Our Menu & Ingredients

For each delivery we prepare the dishes in only one of the rows in our menu. This means each week we prepare 8 different main dishes to choose from and one dessert, plus our regular assortment of side dishes. Below the pictures you will find an agenda showing the upcoming menus and their dates for ship-out/delivery.

Where We Deliver

Macro-Mediterranean is a fresh meal delivery service. We do not freeze our meals for delivery and they are prepared to order each week before they leave our location near Boston, MA.

We have two methods of delivery. We have a local same-day delivery service serving Boston, Cambridge, Newton and surrounding towns and a nationwide shipping service including economical next-day ground service to Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont & New Jersey via UPS Carbon Neutral.
